PAGE Research on the Risks and Countermeasures of Human Resources Recruitment in Guangdong No.1 Food Co., Ltd. Abstract:With the progress of education, science and technology, and the Internet, the business models of Chinese enterprises have been constantly updated to promote the continuous development and improvement of Chinas economic system. The competition among enterprises has gradually increased from traditional occupation channels to competition for talents. The recruitment of human resources for enterprises is an important source of talents and plays a key role in the development of enterprises. However, the emergence of recruitment risks will inevitably affect the quality of recruitment work in enterprises. Therefore, this paper analyzes the actual risks and causes in the staff recruitment management of Guangdong No.1 Food Co., Ltd. and has important practical significance to study the corresponding improvement scheme. This article mainly takes the enterprise recruitment risk as the entry point, uses the literature research method to analyze and describe the present situation of internal personnel and staff recruitment management in Guangdong No.1 Food Co., Ltd., and summarizes the research on staff recruitment management at home and abroad. Based on the above-mentioned relevant theories and taking Guangdong No.1 Food Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper summarizes the process and causes of recruitment risks, and finally puts forward suggestions to solve the recruitment of enterprises from two dimensions, namely, to adjust and perfect the recruitment management of enterprises according to the improvement schemes of the recruitment process and other human resources management.
