PAGE PAGE IV Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Tea Export in Zhejiang Province Abstract： Zhejiang is a big province of tea production and export in China. For many years, no matter the scale or level of tea export, the tea export of the province accounts for more than half of Chinas total. However, in recent years, in the influence of TBT, all countries have set up diversified TBT for tea, especially the limit of the maximum residue of pesticides, which has greatly affected Zhejiangs tea export, seriously hindered, and the phenomenon of return has occurred from time to time, so the export prospect is not optimistic. Firstly, this paper expounds the current situation of tea production and export in Zhejiang Province in recent years. Secondly, the paper introduces the main market of tea export and the main challenges it faces, and then systematically expounds the relevant concepts of technical barriers. Next, the key tea exporting countries and Zhejiangs Tea technical standards are compared. The gap is mainly reflected in two aspects: the number of the highest pesticide residue standards is small, and the specific standards are relatively low. The reporter elaborated this kind of setting pattern to the province tea export dual function and the province suffers this kind of restriction key reason. At the end of this paper, according to the reasons of Zhejiang suffering from TBT, the countermeasures are put forward.
