PAGE IV- 哈尔滨工业大学毕业设计（论文） I- 摘 要 疫情就是命令，防控就是责任。自新型冠肺炎疫情发生以来，我市各级各部门积极作为，主动参与疫情联防联控联治工作中来，而作为疫情防控的重点和基础，小区疫情防控则一直牵动所有市民的心。为及时做好城区各大小区的疫情防控工作，近期，市住房和城乡建设局召开了住建系统疫情防控紧急会议，全面安排部署了小区物业管理与疫情防控等工作，建立相关工作调度机制，坚持每天一调度，每天一情况报告，并陆续印发了多个通知，切实加强对小区防控工作的督导。 随着互联网大趋势的到来，社会的方方面面，各行各业都在考虑利用互联网作为媒介将自己的信息更及时有效地推广出去，而其中最好的方式就是建立网络管理系统，并对其进行信息管理。由于现在网络的发达，小区物业管理与疫情防控系统的资讯信息通过网络进行信息管理掀起了热潮，所以针对小区物业管理与疫情防控系统的业主需求开发出一套小区物业管理与疫情防控系统。 整个开发过程首先对软件系统进行需求分析，得出系统的主要功能。接着对系统进行总体设计和详细设计。总体设计主要包括系统功能设计、系统总体结构设计、系统数据结构设计和系统安全设计等；详细设计主要包括系统数据库访问的实现，主要功能模块的具体实现，模块实现关键代码等。最后对系统进行功能测试，并对测试结果进行分析总结，得出系统中存在的不足及需要改进的地方，为以后的系统维护提供了方便，同时也为今后开发类似系统提供了借鉴和帮助。 本系统开发利用现有的成熟技术参考，以源代码为模板，分析功能调整与小区物业管理与疫情防控系统的实际需求相结合，确定了Java开发小区物业管理与疫情防控系统的使用。 关键字：小区物业管理与疫情防控系统 Java语言，MySQL数据库、SSM框架  Abstracts Epidemic situation is command, prevention and control is responsibility.
