黄河科技学院毕业设计 沈阳药科大学教学楼施工组织设计 摘 要 建筑施工经过多年的发展，工程前辈们总结出编写一份好的施工组织设计是一栋建筑良好开始的代表。施工组织设计的编写建立在建筑施工发展的基本规律上。施工组织设计的合理性、科学性有利于建筑工程施工的安全有序进行。现代建筑的施工流程告别了以往了野蛮性，需要更加现代的有效施工手段。但往往较为先进的技术施工需要花费很多的资金。施工组织设计的使命也包括在使用先进技术的同时尽可能的降低施工成本。 以往的组织设计编制关注点只放在建筑施工的安全和质量上，往往忽略了成本的问题。沈阳药科大学教学楼施工组织设计在确保施工过程安全质量的前提下，以合理规范流程，减少不必要的人、材料等花费为基本原则。此施工组织设计主要针对建筑主体 建筑流程、人员配备、现场管理、等相关流程进行一一分析，编制出与之相符合的方案。这也是对于我来说第一次亲身经历这样一个施工规划，最终在夜以继日的努力下完成了本次设计。 关键词:成本；质量；安全。 Organnizational arrangement for construction of Shenyang Pharmaceutical university ABSTRACT After years of development in construction, engineering predecessors have concluded that compiling a good construction organization design is a good start for a building. The compilation of construction organization design is based on the basic law of construction development. The rationality and scientificity of construction organization design are beneficial to the safe and orderly construction. Modern construction process bid farewell to the past barbarism, the need for more modern and effective means of construction. But often more advanced technology construction needs to spend a lot of money. The mission of the construction organization design also includes the use of advanced technology while reducing construction costs as much as possible. In the past, the focus of organizational design was only on the safety and quality of construction, but the cost was often neglected. Organizational arrangement fer construction of Shenyang Pharmaceutical Universitie’s teaching building under the premise of ensuring the safety and quality of the construction process, the basic principle is to reasonably standardize the process and reduce the cost of unnecessary people and materials.
