毕业设计 PAGE I 本科学生毕业设计 东风天锦5180勾臂式垃圾车改装设计 院 系 名 称： 汽车与交通工程学院 专 业 班 级： 车辆工程18-1班 学 生 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 企业指导教师： 二○二二年六月 摘 要 当今社会发展越来越快，为降低生产成本、节约资源、提高生产效率，汽车越来越被重视，特别是勾臂车。勾臂车是车厢配有自动倾卸装置的汽车。又称为翻斗车、工程车，由汽车底盘、液压举升机构、取力装置和货厢等组成。在垃圾运输过程中，常同挖掘机、 装载机、 带式输送机等联合作业，大大节省了卸料时间和劳动力，缩短运输周期，提高生产效率，降低运输成本，并标明装载容积。是常用的运输机械。发动机、底盘及驾驶室的构造和一般载重汽车相同。车厢可以后向倾翻或侧向倾翻，通过操纵系统控制活塞杆运动，以后向倾翻较普遍，推动活塞杆使车厢倾翻。少数双向倾翻。车厢液压倾翻机构由油箱、液压泵、分配阀、举升液压缸、控制阀和油管等组成。发动机通过变速器、取力装置驱动液压泵，高压油经分配阀、油管进入举升液压缸，推动活塞杆使车厢倾翻。以后向倾翻较普遍，通过操纵系统控制活塞杆运动，可使车厢停止在任何需要的倾斜位置上。车厢利用自身重力和液压控制复位。 本文作为勾臂式垃圾车的设计说明，首先介绍了勾臂式垃圾车国内外研究现状，课题研究的意义，由于该类车的设计资料我国尚不完善，考虑该车同时能实现自卸功能，故参照自卸车相关设计方法对车厢箱体、勾臂、液压系统进行设计，并对不同设计方案进行了比较分析，保证了勾臂式垃圾车的先进性及实用性。 关键词 勾臂车设计；一车多厢；液压系统设计；车厢可卸；液压泵 Abstract As products become ever more diversified, their life cycles are becoming shorter. To reduce production costs, save the energy, increased production efficiency and mold process are prioities. Plastic injection mold process, which holds an important position, plastic products are widely us- ed in various fields in peoples life, due to their high specific properties such as low density, che- mical stabilities, materials rich and low cost. This design based on Pro/E,MoldFlow,changes the traditional procedure and enhancing mo- ld design efficiency greatly.In the graduation project,a injection plastic mould design of storage box cover was designed based on Pro/E. The design includes the following aspects: Designed in accordance with the result of analysis and the 3D model of the box cover. Which includes the selection of the injection moulding machine, the parting surface,gating system, oriention and demoulding agencies of the mould were designed according to the box cover.
