小区物业管理系统设计与实现 摘 要 针对目前小区物业管理情况，本人做了一些调查，发现现如今随着科技的不断发展以及人们对生活方便程度不断有了高层次的要求。如此发展，以往的小区物业管理已经不能够满足住户们的要求。因此我们需要跟上时代的步伐，利用强大的互网络来实现小区物业管理。这样以往传统的繁杂、重复的小区物业管理就不用雇佣大量人力来管理，使用本系统就可以足不出户了解自家物业各方面的情况，根据情况及时缴纳费用、停车问题以及设备维护等等。 紫竹湾小区物业管理系统主要是在了解三河市紫竹湾小区目前情况的基础上进行开发的。针对目前此物业人员还是采用传统的方式，雇佣工作人员挨家挨户收取水电费等等。本系统使用了VS2010技术和Access数据库进行系统的开发和管理，其界面简单、易懂，方便小区住户快捷操作。利用本系统既方便了小区居民的日常生活，也可以减少了物业管理公司的物力、财力和人员的不必要的浪费，进而提高了物业管理的效率。 关键词：小区物业管理;VS2010;Access Zizhu bay residential property management system design and implementation ABSTRACT In view of the present residential property management, I did some research and found that now with the continuous development of science and technology and peoples life continuously how easy it is to have a high level of requirements. Aiming at the property personnel still adopts the traditional way, hiring staff door-to-door for utilities, etc. This system USES the technology of VS2010 and Access database for system development and management, the interface is simple, and easy to understand, convenient community residents quick operation.
