【Word版本下载可任意编辑】 PAGE 1 - / NUMPAGES 1 进口操作岗位职责4篇 [第1篇]空运进口操作岗位职责  airfreight operation-import 空运进口操作 m+r 华隆瑞锋国际货运(上海)公司,m+r,spedag,华隆,华隆瑞锋,华隆瑞锋 summary:  be responsible for the daily operation of air import shipment.  primary responsibilities:  1. follow up on arrival notice and correctly process inbound orders in line with received timeline and orders/guidelines.  2. prepare arrangement for clearance and delivery.  3. feedback to customers and overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges.  4. perform all tasks/activities within sop and quotation from account owner -local sales or overseas offices.  5. check and verify correctness of received shipping instruction and clearance documents. create and forward complete full and clear instruction to broker and assist when necessary.  6. input revenue into operation system based on agreed quotation sheet and prepare monthly statement to client for checking, post ar.  7. input cost into operation system, post ap invoice issued by broker, trucker, warehouse, overseas, etc.  8. inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance.  addintional responsibilities:  1. to take up additional tasks as assigned.  2. back up for other team members when necessary.  knowledge and skill requirements:  1. college degree or above major in logistics, international trade or relevant.  2. 1-2 years’ experience in logistics, forwarding or relevant service industry, preferably in the airfreight import operation position.  3. familiar with the procedure of airfreight import operation and forwarding related knowledge.  4. cet-4 or above, good spoken and written english and chinese.  5. independent problem-solving skill, patient and a good team player.  6. proficient in ms office.  7. hard working, responsible, good team player and can work under pressure.  8. good communication skills in email, phone
