Methods: A total of 95 patiet with intestinal colostomy aroud dermatitis were enrolled into this study in our hospital，we analyzed the causes of intestinal colostomy aroud dermatitis by mea of observing the large， sharp， and the extent of intestinal colostomy aroud dermatitis. And we also surmarized the nuing experience of intestinal colostomy aroud dermatitis. Results: After taking effective measures， all the patients were healed or : The causes of peristomal dermatitis of each are not identical， the nuing staff should fit determine the causes of peristomal dermatitis， according to the different reaso for using the corresponding nuing countermeasures， can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effect。 Key wordsIntestinal colostomy aroud dermatitis;Analysis the cause;Nuing countermeasures 低位直肠癌患者在接受手术时，为了延长患者的生命，需进行永久性结肠造口，但容易引发结肠造口并发症，以肠造口周围皮炎最为常见［1］。患者一旦发生肠造口周围皮炎，会不同程度地影响患者的生活质量。笔者通过回顾性分析在我院就诊的肠造口周围皮炎患者的临床资料，分析发生皮损的原因，并探讨其护理对策，现报道如下。 1临床资料 选取2010年1月~2012年8月在我院就诊的肠造口周围皮炎患者95例，其中男59例，女36例。年龄43~71岁，平均（±）岁。肠造口部位：乙状结肠造口为46例，回肠造口为42例，横结肠造口为7例。周围皮炎类型：刺激性皮炎为86例，过敏性皮炎为6例，机械性损伤3例。 2原因分析 肠造口周围皮炎发生原因分析由于患者肠造口部位易分泌一些富含消化酶的排泄物，且所分泌的排泄物pH偏高，呈碱性容易腐蚀周围的组织，从而引起皮损［2］。皮损的严重程度与机体易感性、接触面积、作用时间及刺激强度有关。 ，有86例患者发生刺激性皮炎，其原因可能是机体自身的防御机制被破坏，导致有害物质进入皮肤内部，并破坏机体的皮
