Meanwhile write th name of different English-speaking countries in the world. Let th students know th differences betw n British and American English. Step 2 Matching the two words that refer to the same things Tell the students that people use different words to talk about th sam things. Ask th students to open their books and match th two words that refer to the same things. Get th students to read thes words syllabl by syllabl to help them remember it. Step 3 Doing Part B on Page 19 Get th students to finish doing Part B on Pag 19. Show th pictures and ask th students to speak out both th British and 1 American words out loudly. Step 4 Guessing what they are talking about? (1) Show the first picture of Comic strip to the student without the words.
