Under the influence of the strategy of marine power and the policy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region， Tianjins marine economy has developed rapidly. At the same time， in the process of high-inteity marine development， the coastal marine ecological environment of Tianjin tends to deteriorate and the marine ecological pressure increases. Improvement of marine ecological environment is conducive to promoting the healthy development of marine economy. This paper takes this as a starting point， analyses the characteristics and existing problems of marine ecological environment in Tianjin at present， and puts forward various management measures， such as reclamation management and control， joint pollution prevention and control， strict observance of the red line of marine ecological protection， to alleviate and reduce the pressure of marine ecological environment and promote it.
