摘 要 在以往的社会运行中，大部分工作都是在用传统的办公方式来进行的。近几十年来的计算机科技发展和计算机网络及数据库技术充分发展，每个公司在当下这样信息高速流通，需求日益增长的时代，以往的办公方式已经不能够适应当下的生产力。 本系统实现了基本的办公管理功能，如：登录、首页、用户管理、角色管理、考勤管理、流程管理、公告管理、任务管理、日程管理等功能，以提高办公效率。除此之外，该系统还实现了日历提醒人性化辅助办公功能，这个功能是为提高工作人员工作时的满意度而设计实现。该系统采用的开发方法是现阶段一般比较常见的企业框架开发OA系统，数据库使用的是MySql数据库，使用了Spring Boot、SSM核心框架以及Thymeleaf+MyBatis+Shiro等框架。 现代化的办公模式已经完全超越传统的办公模式，无纸化办公、集成化办公、系统化办公，流程化管理模式正在形成，传统的效率低下的、复杂的办公模式，未来现代化的办公模式能够对企业的办公实现科学化的管理以及决策服务。 关键词：办公自动化 Spring Boot SSM核心框架 Abstract  Abstract In the past social operation, most of the work is carried out in the traditional way of office.In recent decades, the development of computer technology and computer network and database technology are fully developed, each company in the current era of rapid information circulation, increasing demand, the previous office mode has not been unable to adapt to the current productivity. The system realizes the basic office management functions, such as: login, home page, user management, role management, attendance management, process management, announcement management, task management, schedule management and other functions, to improve office efficiency.In addition, the system also realizes the calendar reminder humanized auxiliary office function, which is designed to improve the satisfaction of the staff at work.The development method adopted by this system is the generally common enterprise framework development OA system at the present stage. The database uses MySql database, using Spring Boot, SSM core framework and Thymeleaf + MyBatis + Shiro. The modern office model has already completely surpassed the traditional office model, the paperless office, the Integrated Office, the systematic office, the process management model is forming, the traditional inefficient, the complex office model, the modern office mode in the future can provide scientific management and decision-making service to the office of the Enterprise.
