摘 要 随着经济水平的提高，各种信息技术逐步运用到企事业单位中。而在企事业单位中，客户信息管理是关键。一个成熟的企事业单位存在大量的客户、产品、交易等信息，如果依靠传统的管理方式，很难进行系统化管理，往往会遗漏许多信息。而通过计算机进行管理，记录设计客户信息，查询统计交易内容，并管理企业客户日常事宜，可以节省企业管理者的时间，提高管理效率。建立属于自己的一个客户信息管理系统显得非常重要，这不仅仅能让更多的人在吸取知识、认知不足的同时，也帮助管理员随时查看客户情况，进一步提高企业的决策能力。 客户信息管理系统利用JAVA编写代码，前台使用HTML5进行布局页面，后台使用MySql数据库，进行数据的操作，由业务逻辑对系统具体业务进行控制，把最终的数据通过HTML5页面进行展现。本客户信息管理系统是企业对于信息化的应用，规范企业管理，提高工作人员的工作效率，对企业数据进行有效加密，提高数据传输的完整性和安全性。 关键词：客户信息管理、信息技术、工作效率、JAVA ABSTRACT With the improvement of economic level, various information technologies are gradually applied to enterprises and institutions. In enterprises and institutions, customer information management is the key. A mature enterprise or institution has a large number of customers, products, transactions and other information. If it relies on traditional management methods, it is difficult to carry out systematic management, and often misses a lot of information. By using computer to manage, record and design customer information, query and count transaction content, and manage daily affairs of enterprise customers, it can save time for enterprise managers and improve management efficiency. It is very important to establish a customer information management system of our own, which not only enables more people to absorb knowledge and lack of cognition, but also helps administrators to check the customer situation at any time, further improving the decision-making ability of enterprises. The customer information management system uses Java to write code, the foreground uses HTML5 for layout page, the background uses MySQL database for data operation, the business logic controls the specific business of the system, and the final data is displayed through the HTML5 page. This customer information management system is the application of enterprise information, standardize enterprise management, improve the working efficiency of staff, effectively encrypt enterprise data, and improve the integrity and security of data transmission.
