Major Code：080407 ?一、培养目标 本专业培养“知识、能力、品格”协调发展，具备材料科学与工程的基础知识和高分子材料与工程的专业知识，具有创新意识和国际视野，具备相互协作和自主学习能力，能够运用多学科知识分析和解决高分子材料合成、纤维材料的成型加工以及设计应用等领域的技术问题，能成为企业技术骨干，能胜任高分子材料的设计、新产品开发、质量控制、运行管理和检测等岗位的应用型创新人才。 预期五年以上毕业生具有以下能力： 目标1：具有良好的职业素养和社会责任感，愿意并有能力服务于社会。 目标2：具有较强的信息归集能力，能够利用材料科学与工程的专业基础知识，完整、准确地表述高分子材料生产加工领域的客观事实，做到语言规范、逻辑严密。 目标3：具有较强的知识转化能力，能够运用高分子材料与工程的专业知识，结合企业实际，将已经掌握的基础知识、专业知识通过产品完整体现。 目标4：具备较强的攻坚克难能力，能够运用掌握的知识、技术、信息，分析和解决高分子材料生产领域的技术难题，促进产品的降本增效、更新迭代。 目标5：具备较强的持续改进能力，通过自主学习、工作实践，实现能力和技术水平的不断提升，成为单位的技术和管理骨干。 I. Cultivation Objectives The undergraduate (B.E) course in Polymer Materials and Engineering aims to endow application-oriented innovative talents with humanistic quality and social responsibility, systematically master the basic knowledge of materials science and engineering and specialty knowledge of polymer materials and engineering, innovation consciousness and the international field of vision as well as mutual coordination and autonomous learning ability, have innovative consciousness and international perspective, possess the ability of cooperation and initiative learning, be capable to analyze and solve the technical problems of synthesis and modification, processing and design application of organic fiber with multidisciplinary knowledge, and who are potential to become technical backbones in enterprises, and competent to do the work in design, new product development, quality control, operation management and inspection of fiber materials.
