P2P网络借贷平台风险产生原因及治理对策分析——以“E租宝”为例 摘要：随着我国P2P网络贷款平台的出现，其业务不断迅猛发展，迅速占领市场，但由于网络监管不力、行业不规范等种种原因导致网贷平台跑路问题频频出现，引起社会热议。本文以信用体系理论以及功能性金融体系理论为理论基础，通过研究我国P2P网络贷款服务平台的发展现状，深入分析我国P2P网贷平台跑路原因，提出针对跑路现象必须进行相应的监管，并提出必须明确P2P网络贷款平台的市场准入条件、针对P2P网络贷款平台日常运营进行法律监管、针对P2P网络贷款平台退出机制进行法律监管。本论文以“E租宝”平台运营模式和实际运营情况的分析，找出其失败产生风险的原因，进而提出一些建议，以促进我国互联网金融行业的发展，提高整个互联网借贷平台风险管理水平。 关键词：E租宝；运营模式；风险；建议 Analysis on the causes and Countermeasures of P2P network lending platform risk -- a case study of E rental Abstract:With the emergence of Chinas P2P network lending platform, the rapid development of its business, the rapid occupation of the market, but due to poor network supervision, industry standards and other reasons led to network loan platform running problems frequently, causing social hot. Based on the theory of credit system and the theory of functional financial system, this paper studies the development of P2P network loan service platform in China, analyzes the reason of running platform of P2P network loan platform in China, and puts forward the corresponding regulation of Paolu phenomenon. It is pointed out that the market access condition of P2P network loan platform must be clarified, and the daily operation of P2P network loan platform should be regulated by law, and the exit mechanism of P2P network loan platform should be supervised. In this paper, E rent platform operating mode and the actual operation of the analysis to find out the reasons for its failure risk, and then make some suggestions to promote the development of Chinas Internet financial industry to improve the level of risk management of the Internet lending platform.
