Then I was asked to do some market research with some veteran staff members. Although we came up with many hard facts, I was not a little surprised to find some tricks the company had been playing. If the findings turned out to be in favor of the company, they would be publicized as much as possible; on the other hand, if the findings turned out to be unfavorable for the company, they would be concealed from the public as much as possible.
