PAGE 惠州市城市生活垃圾分类管理存在问题及对策分析 摘要：城市化进程的加快，城市生活垃圾的产生也跟着稳步增长，垃圾造成的环境污染问题也在增加，国内外很多城市将面临“垃圾围城”。在全球提倡绿色环保的背景下，生活垃圾分类是必然趋势，实施城市生活垃圾分类，进一步缓解了城市生活垃圾造成的压力及城市环境问题。本文建立于理论和政策分析的基础上，并参考国内外城市生活垃圾分类的经验，分析惠州市城市生活垃圾分类管理现状：惠州市生活垃圾分类现行的处理方式大部分主要以混合收集和混合填埋，其中生活垃圾分类的各环节还存在一些问题以及政策落实生活垃圾分类配套工作不够完善。对此，文章提出应完善相关法律法规、加强生活垃圾分类宣传及居民分类意识、加强政府方面的监管力度等，为惠州市全面开展城市生活垃圾分类提供理论参考。 关键词：城市 垃圾分类 规范管理 Problems and Countermeasures of Huizhou Municipal Solid Waste Classification Management Abstract：By accelerating urbanization, urban waste generation in urban areas has also increased steadily, and environmental pollution due to the garbage problem has also increased. Many cities at home and abroad will face garbage siege. In the context of international environmental protection, household waste classification is inevitable. The implementation of urban domestic waste classification has further alleviated the pressure caused by urban domestic waste and urban environmental problems. This paper is based on theoretical and policy analyzes, and references to experience of domestic and foreign urban waste classification, this article analyzes the current status of Huizhous municipal solid waste classification management: Most of the current treatment methods of Huizhou municipal solid waste classification are mainly mixed collection and mixed filling.
