摘要 XX毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE PAGE I PE-500×750复摆颚式破碎机设计 摘 要 破碎机是指将大块物料破碎成小块物料的设备。颚式破碎机是破碎物料的主要设备。因复摆颚式破碎机结构简单、工作可靠、维修方便、适应性好，故在工矿业大中型矿山的粗矿作业有着广泛的应用。 本次设计的是颚式破碎机复摆式PE500×750。设计对颚式破碎机工作原理及特点和主要部件作了阐述；并分析了颚式破碎机的发展现状和研究颚式破碎机的意义。根据复摆颚式破碎机的运动轨迹、工作原理，型号规格来确定其结构参数，进一步计算和确定了主要参数。设计内容主要包含了对复摆式颚式破碎机皮带轮、飞轮、偏心轴、肘板、V带、带轮的结构形式等重要部件。另外对复摆式颚式破碎机主要参数（钳角、动颚行程、生产能力的大小、功率、传动比、偏心距、钳角等）的计算，以及偏心轴、皮带轮等重要零部件的结构设计。最后还介绍了复摆颚式破碎机机架、偏心轴等零件的安装与维护。 关键词：破碎机，复摆式颚式破碎机，结构设计，偏心轴 DESIGN OF THE PE-500×750 COMPOUND PENDULUM JAW CRUSHER ABSTRACT Crusher is broken into small pieces big materials material of equipment.
