留学生住宿管理规定 Dormitory regulation 1、留学生入学后须与公寓管理方签订住宿协议，并提前缴纳住宿费。 Students must sign the accommodation agreement, and pay the accommodation fee in advance. 2、公寓入住程序 ： = 1 \* GB3 ①凭住宿费缴费单到留学生管理人员处领取钥匙，到公寓服务台办理入住手续。 = 2 \* GB3 ②填写住宿登记表，签定《安全防火责任书》。 = 3 \* GB3 ③与工作人员一起验收房间物品，核实无误后在《房间物品登记表》上签字。 = 4 \* GB3 ④进入房间住宿，如发现房间需要维修等情况，请与工作人员联系。 How to check in: = 1 \* GB3 ① Take the accommodation payment receipt to dorm management office and get the key to your room. = 2 \* GB3 ② Fill in the accommodation form and sign the 《Safety fire responsibility pledges》 = 3 \* GB3 ③ Sign the 《Room item/furniture registration list》before move in = 4 \* GB3 ④ please contact the staff if anything need to maintenance. 3、严格遵守《公寓住宿须知》。 损坏物品按价赔偿。 Strictly abide by the《Dormitory regulations》. Compensation must be made for any damages to dorm property. 4、对申请校外住宿的留学生，需向国际教育学院提供以下材料，经国际教育学院批准后方可搬至校外住宿： Students who meet the following requirements can apply to move out from the International student’s dormitory and live outside of the campus by themselves: = 1 \* GB3 ①自提交申请之日起前四个月的课堂出勤证明，出勤率需达到90以上 The class attendance is above 90% for the past 4 month since the day students apply to move out of the campus. = 2 \* GB3 ②自提交申请之日起最近一次的期末考试成绩，平均分需达到90分以上 The last final exam average grade is above 90. = 3 \* GB3 ③申请人父母手写并签字的校外住宿同意书及意外事件学校免责承诺书（原件） An agreement/commitment letter that is hand-writing and signed by the parents (original). = 4 \* GB3 ④申请人自己手写并签字的校外住宿申请及承诺书 An application/commitment letter that is hand-writing and signed by the student himself/herself. = 5 \* GB3 ⑤申请人HSK 考试中级成绩单，成绩需达到合格 A positive result from HSK exam—level 4. = 6 \* GB3 ⑥留学生校外住宿申请表，国际教育学院领导批准、签字、盖章 An application form signed and stamped by the rector of International Education College. = 7 \* GB3 ⑦申请人需提供与房东签订的《租房合同》 Renting contract = 8 \* GB3 ⑧凭《租房合同》到国际教育学院留学生事务办公室办理《校外住宿登记表》 Registered in the international student’s office and complete the certain forms. = 9 \* GB3 ⑨到租房所在地的派出所重新办理《临时住宿登记表》 Visit t
