Clinical effect of special nuing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy Liu yan Suifenhe people's hospital mudanjiang， heilongjiang 157399 Abstract: objective: to analyze the perioperative special nuing effect of laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection patients.Methods: 80 cases of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy patients admitted to our hospital in the past year were randomly pided into observation group and control group， 40 cases each.Among them， the control group adopts routine nuing method， the observation group adopts special nuing， on the basis of nuing in the control group to preoperative， intraoperative and postoperative nuing methods， to observe the nuing effect of patients in the two groups.Results: the observation group was superior to the control group in operation time， intraoperative blood loss， hospitalization time and fit time of getting out of bed， and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complicatio in the observation group was 2.0%， significantly lower than that in the control group (16.0%)， and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: in perioperative period， adopting appropriate special nuing methods can effectively reduce the incidence of complicatio， reduce intraoperative blood loss， shorten the length of hospital stay and the fit time out of bed， which is conducive to improving the clinical symptoms of patients， so as to promote the early recovery of patients.
