METHODS: Twenty patients with abdominal organ injury admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects. The clinical results of ultrasound diagnosis and clinical diagnosis were compared to evaluate the clinical diagnosis of ultrasound in abdominal orga. Diagnostic value. Results: The coincidence rate between the ultrasound diagnosis and the clinical diagnosis was 85.0%. Among them， the diagnosis rate of liver rupture was 100.0%. The diagnostic coincidence rate of gastrointestinal rupture was 87.5%， and the diagnostic accuracy of renal rupture was the lowest， at 71.4%. There was a statistically significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate of each organ injury (χ2=29.542， P<0.01). Conclusion: Ultrasound diagnosis has a strong diagnostic value in abdominal organ injury. It is a method worthy of popularization and clinical use. In the application of ultrasound diagnosis， it is necessary to diagnose with specific conditio to improve the rescue effect. Keywords: Abdominal organ rupture; ultrasound diagnosis; analysis 前言：多数腹部损伤同时有严重的内脏损伤，如果伴有腹腔实质性脏器、空腔性脏器或大血管损伤，可因大出血而导致死亡；空腔性脏器受损伤破裂时，可因发生严重的腹腔感染而威胁生命。腹部脏器损伤早期正确的诊断和及时合理的处理，是降低腹部创伤死亡的关键。腹部脏器损伤是临床上很常见的突发性疾病，绝大部内脏损伤需早期手术治疗，如不能及时准确诊断，可能贻误手术时机而导致严重后果。超声检查是一种性价比高、安全、方便的检查方法，应用于腹部脏器损伤的诊断，通过多角度、多体位的超声扫查，有望对腹部脏器损伤的患者做出及时、准确的诊断，及时让临床医生明确诊断和制定治疗方案。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选择2017年5月~2018年4月本院收治的腹部脏器损伤患者20例为研究对象。其中男14例(70%)，女6例(30%)；年龄23~78
