The routine nuing of 40 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital was selected as the control group， and the satisfaction degree of the patients was investigated.Results: during the period of continuous intravenous infusion， all the undergraduate nues strictly followed the operation procedure of intravenous infusion， took over the shift seriously， and strengthened the ward ipection.The satisfaction degree of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: in patients with long-term infusion， master skilled venipuncture infusion technology and drug compatibility contraindication， and carefully observe the condition and nuing can effectively avoid the occurrence of complicatio， shorten the patient's recovery time. 【 key words 】: cardiovascular disease;Continuous intravenous infusion;nuing 静脉输液是临床上最常见的基础护理操作。在住院患者中，有90%～95%的人需要进行静脉输液治疗。心血管疾病是威胁中老年健康的常见病之一，其常见诱因包括精神紧张、情绪波动、暴饮暴食、气候、劳累、感染等[1]。此病患者的病情在得到改善后，可在某些情况下可突然恶化。所以，护士应根据此病患者的病情需要为其进行持续静脉输液。长时间地为患者进行静脉输液对护理人员来说是一种挑战。为了探讨为心血管疾病患者进行持续静脉输液的临床效果和护理措施，我们进行了本次回顾性分析，现将结果报告如下。 1.资料与方法 1.1一般资料 本组40例患者均为我院心血管内科自2017年8月至2018年7月收治的心血管疾病患者，包括男性20例，女性20例，他们的年龄为29～75岁，平均年龄为（41.9±3.2）岁，其中有
