Methods: 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were randomly pided into control group (metformin) and observation group (with vildagliptin tablets)， 75 cases in each group. After the drug was administered， the hypoglycemic effect of the patients was analyzed. The blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared between the two groups， the mean blood glucose (MBG) at 24 h， and the relevant laboratory indicato changes，and advee reactio occurred during the drug administration. Results: The levels of FPG， I and 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the level of GLP-1 was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: Viglietin combined with metformin can effectively control blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes， which is safe and feasible. Key words: vildagliptin;metformin;type 2 diabetes 我国糖尿病患者高达9800万以上，其中近90%为2型糖尿病(T2DM)，2型糖尿病发病机制复杂，与炎症、糖脂代谢异常、β细胞功能损害等密切相关。经典口服降糖药物二甲双胍对其有良好的疗效和安全性，但随着剂量增加带来的胃肠道等不良反应限制了其疗效发挥。维格列汀片为新型DPP?4抑制剂，降糖作用明确且不良反应少，给糖尿病的治疗带来了新的突破。本研究以二甲双胍单药为对照，分析二甲双胍联合维格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性[1] 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取我院2017年11月至2018年11月64例T2DM患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。研究对象均符合2010年美国糖尿病协会(ADA)糖尿病指南诊断标准。患者符合以下所有标准则被纳入本研究:平均病程（8.9±2.6）年，平均年龄（62.0±4.1）岁，体重指数（BMI）21～28 kg/m 2，平均体重指数（24.0±1.2）kg/m 2，患者组间基
