Methods: A total of 38 patients who required trafusion during the period from January 2017 to January 1818 in our hospital were randomly pided into observation group and control group. The control group routinely operated the blood trafusion procedure， and the control group refined the blood ward management organization and system on the basis of routine operation， formulated the blood product infusion process， and strengthened the risk control of the weak link. Results: By strengthening the management of clinical blood trafusion， the blood trafusion is safe and effective to the greatest extent. The blood trafusion process in the observation group was safer and the patient satisfaction was higher. Conclusion: It is necessary to pay attention to the safety management of each link of the blood trafusion process and strengthen the risk control in the blood trafusion process， which helps to eure the safe and effective treatment of blood trafusion. Keywords: blood trafusion; safety and management; comparison 现代输血技术涉及免疫学、遗传学、血液学、传染病学、移植生物学、病毒以及生物工程学、蛋白质组学等相关学科，其宗旨是输血安全[1]。输血安全管理研究，主要是研究怎样将合格的血液安全地输注给患者，防止传播性疾病以及输血反应的发生。世界卫生组织对于输血安全方面的工作一直给予较高的重视，在早期阶段就把血液安全列为全球卫生工作七项重点之一[2]，我国对安全输血高度重视，在安全标准方面一直保持与国际接轨，2001年决定引入世界卫生组织输血服务机构质量管理项目(WHO/BTS/QMP)[3] 资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取2017年1月-2018年1月本院收治的38例需要输血的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各19例。对照组男10例，女9例，年龄15~57岁，平均年龄(36.1±7.6)岁。观察组男11例，女8例，年龄16~58岁，平
