Key wordscancerous atelectasis; CT;diagnostic value 前言： 肺不张系指一个或多个肺段或肺叶的容量或含气量减少。而支气管肺癌向管腔内生长引起阻塞时，便会会导致肺不张。本研究中将选取近一年就诊的40例癌性肺不张的患者作为研究对象，对比其肺部CT检查影像诊断结果以及以纤维支气管镜与病理检查的诊断结果，来探讨癌性肺不张的CT诊断价值。 1.资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取2017年12月至2018年12月就诊的40例癌性肺不张患者作为研究对象，其中
