Methods: 60 patients with early pregnancy abortion of scar uterus in our hospital were pided into observation group and control group according to the different regimen of mifepristone combined with misoprostol， 30 cases in each group. RESULTS: Of the 30 patients in the observation group， 0 had abortion failure， 30 had complete abortion， and the complete abortion rate was 100%. Among the 30 patients in the control group， 1 had a miscarriage failure， 29 had complete abortion， and the complete abortion rate was 96.7%. The complete abortion rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of early pregnancy abortion of scar uterus fully meets the physiological and psychological needs of patients with early pregnancy abortion of scar uterus， which can help improve the efficacy and help scar uterus.
