涵洞施工技术交底样本 框架涵施工技术交底 单位名称:中铁四局二公司昌九第三项目队 2008 年 03 月 9 日 工程名称 里程桩号 DK31+255 设计文件图号 施工部位 基础 技术交底内容： 框架涵施工 （1）基础施工 对于有地基加固处理的涵洞，应先进行地基加固处理施工,而后进行基坑开 挖。土质基坑一般采用挖掘机开挖，辅以人工清基。涵洞基坑开挖后，报请监理工 程师以触探仪对基底承载力进行检测，检测合格后立即进行垫层砼施工,待垫层砼 达到允许强度值后支立基础组合钢模，浇筑基础混凝土。 基坑开挖时，做好截、排水设施 (基坑外设挡水埂，坑内设环形排水沟、集水 ,随时抽排坑中积水）,防止基坑遭水浸泡、地基条件恶化. (2）框架箱身施工 框架涵采用原位分节现浇。框架涵身分两次浇筑成型：第 1 次浇筑底板及下梗 肋以上墙身，第 2 次浇筑侧墙及顶板。 框架模板，内外模采用组合钢模板;框架内采用满堂钢管支架，并按规定设置 剪刀撑和扫地杆等。 为保证混凝土面美观,交通涵框架墙身采用无内拉杆模板施工（内模利用满堂 支架向两侧顶紧，外模采用双联槽钢竖向加固)。 钢筋在棚内集中弯制，运至现场绑扎成型。 混凝土由邻近拌和站集中供应，搅拌车运输，泵送或吊机提吊浇筑.浇筑底板 前，对基础顶面进行凿毛并冲洗干净。 为加强两次浇筑的连接和保证框架整体防水性能，水平施工缝做成“凹”字 形，即在第 1 次浇筑时将厚度为边墙厚度 1/3 的方木埋入混凝土中，待混凝土终凝 后取出，且在方木取出前将施工缝凿毛、冲洗干净。 attention to improving the quality and efficiency of development and pay more attention to security and reform the people’s livelihood, more focus on maintaining social harmony and stability, and promote the development of township economy in a better and faster, create a new normal XX development and lay a more solid foundation for XX build a well—off society.
