[Summary]目的 本研究旨在探讨电针及艾灸关元穴对老年前列腺增生肾阳亏虚证夜尿次数的影响。方法 选取2018年10月-2019年10月于我院就诊的老年良性前列腺增生症患者64例，将收入的64例患者按照随机数字表的方法分为试验组与对照组，对照组采用常规的口服西药治疗，试验组则在常规西药基础上加用电针结合艾灸关元穴的方法治疗，每日一次，一个疗程为10天，共2个疗程；观察及比较两组治疗前后老年患者的夜尿次数及生活质量评分（Quality Of Life，QOL）。结果:治疗后的试验组排尿次数为（2.06±0.22），对照组为（3.22±0.26）；两组治疗后夜尿次数组间比较有统计学差异（P0.05）。结论：本次采用电针结合艾灸关元穴的中医外治法治疗老年前列腺增生症肾阳亏虚证患者的方法，它可减少患者的夜尿次数。 Keys：电针 艾灸关元穴 老年良性前列腺增生症 肾阳亏虚 夜尿次数 Effect of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion at Guan Yuan point on the Number of nocturnal urine in senile benign prostatic hyperplasia with Kidneyyang deficiency syndrome [Abstract]Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of electroacupuncture and moxibustion at Guan Yuan point on the number of nocturnal urine in elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:Sixty-four elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who visited our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.The 64 patients were pided into experimental group and control group according to the method of random number table.The control group received conventional oral western medicine treatment.The experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion at Guan Yuan point On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.Both groups received treatment once a day The study included two sessions, one for 10 days.The nocturia frequency of the elderly patients before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:The number of urination after treatment was (2.06±0.22) in the treatment group, and (3.22±0.26) in the control group.while there were statistically significant differences in the frequency of nocturia after treatment between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion:In this study, electro-acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Guan Yuan point is used to treat senile patients with hyperplasia of prostate and deficiency syndrome of Kidney
