一种次氯酸高级氧化体系下羟基自由基的测定方法 摘要 本文提出了一种利用次氯酸高级氧化体系以测定溶液中的羟基自由基的方法。首先，将待测样品的溶液中的羟基自由基反应生成不总水溶性二苯甲醛和二羧酸；然后，将样品作用于辛内酰胺棕榈酸-银氨基膦酰佛尔酸酰肼混合溶液，以减少酰肼自由基交换反响，经次氯酸高级氧化完成样品中芳香醛和酸的氧化反应；最后，用光度计测定次氯酸高级氧化后样品的二苯甲醛及酮的浊度，以估算样品中的羟基自由基含量。实验结果表明：本方法具有较高的灵敏度、准确度和重复性，可用于对羟基自由基含量进行快速、准确测定。 关键词：羟基自由基；次氯酸高级氧化；二苯甲醛；辛内酰胺棕榈酸-银氨基膦酰佛尔酸酰肼 Abstract In this paper, a method was proposed to determine the hydroxyl radical in the solution using the advanced oxidation system of perchloric acid. Firstly, the hydroxyl radical in the sample solution was reacted to form the water-insoluble 2,4-dinitrophenol and dicarboxylic acid; then, the sample was reacted with the mixed solution of octanoylpalmitic acid-silver aminophosporous trifluoroacetone to reduce the exchange reaction of acyl radical, and the oxidation reaction of aromatic aldehyde and acid in the sample was completed by advanced oxidation of perchloric acid; finally, the turbidity of 2,4-dinitrophenol and ketone in the sample after advanced oxidation of perchloric acid was determined by spectrophotometer to estimate the hydroxyl radical content in the sample. The results showed that the method had high sensitivity, accuracy and repeatability, and could be used for the rapid and accurate determination of hydroxyl radical content.
