政府对共享经济的管理研究 内 容 摘 要 共享经济作为新业态、新经济模式，改变了人们的衣食住行等生活方式，给 人们带来了便利与享受，提高了资源的利用率和有效分配，却也出现了一系列的 发展问题，信任危机、市场竞争失序等问题接连爆发。同时共享经济也挑战了政 府的管理机制，对政府的管理提出了质疑和要求，质疑政府管理对共享经济的适 用性，要求政府管理必须革新。能否化解政府的管理困境，处理好共享经济中的 发展问题，促进共享经济长效化发展。 文章分析了共享经济的发展现状和政府管理现状，研究共享经济中的问题和 政府监管困境，提出对策，健全行业规范，完善征信体系，创新管理模式，为有 效管理共享经济提供有效的参考。 关键词：共享经济；政府管理；管理困境 I II Research On the Governments Management of Sharing Economy Abstract As a new business type and new economic model, sharing economy has changed peoples life style, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation, brought convenience and enjoyment to people, improved the utilization rate and effective distribution of resources, but also a series of development problems, such as trust crisis, market competition disorder and so on. At the same time, the sharing economy also challenges the governments management mechanism, challenges and demands the governments management, questions the applicability of the government management to the sharing economy, and demands that the government management must be innovated. Can we solve the management dilemma of the government, deal with the development of the sharing economy, and promote the long-term development of the sharing economy. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the sharing economy and the government management, studies the problems in the sharing economy and the difficulties of the government supervision, puts forward countermeasures, perfects the industry norms, perfects the credit system and innovates the management mode.
