珠三角地区快递行业员工满意度研究 内 容 摘 要 近年来,各快递企一线快递员的流失率居高不下,众多顾客也相继反映部 快递员存在工作积极性低和工作效率不高等问题。经研究发现,这些问题都与员 工满意度息息相关。为了帮助快递企业解决这些难题,本文采用问卷调查的方式 调查珠三角地区快递员的满意度现状,并探析快递员对各影响因素的满意度。本 文将影响员工满意度的各因素分为工作本身、工作回报、工作条件、群体协作、 企业整体五个维度,经研究发现,珠三角地区快递员对群体协作这一维度的满意 度最高,其次是工作回报维度,而对工作本身、企业整体和工作条件这三个维度 的满意度均值都低于平均均值。本文根据调查的结果和实际情况,相对应地提出 几点建议:第一,企业应该落实与快递员的劳动合同,为快递员提供社会保障; 第二,改善快递员的福利待遇,第三,优化快递员工作设备配置;第四,快递企 业对内应提升员工的认同感,对外应树立独特的品牌形象;第五,扩大化、丰富 化快递员的工作内容,实行工作轮换制;第六,应完善企业内部薪酬体系和晋升 机制,同时还要重视快递员的高级需要。 关键词:员工满意度;快递企业;员工流失;工作积极性 I Research on Employee Satisfaction of Express Industry in Pearl River Delta Region Abstract In recent years, the turnover rate of front-line couriers in various express delivery companies has remained high, and many customers have also reported that some couriers have problems such as low enthusiasm and low work efficiency. The research found that these problems are closely related to employee satisfaction. In order to help express companies to solve these problems, this paper uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction of couriers in the Pearl River Delta region, and to explore the satisfaction of couriers to various influencing factors. This article divides the factors that affect employee satisfaction into five dimensions: work itself, job rewards, working conditions, group collaboration, and the overall enterprise.
