信息不对称条件下的中小企业融资风险及防范 摘 要 目前中小企业已经成为我国经济高速、稳定、健康发展的一支强有力的军队， 是我国发展实体经济的重要动力，为国家的经济力量奠定坚实的基础。但由于中 小企业量多质杂、金融机构与中小企业之间信息不对称等原因，目前仍然普遍面 临着许多融资困难的问题和处境，容易触发融资风险，这也是制约中小企业的正 常生产经营和高效发展的原因之一。因此解决中小企业融资困境的问题刻不容 缓，本文基于中小企业信息不对称的经济学角度，对中小企业的融资困境及风险 现状进行了成因的分析同时提出有效防范措施。 关键词：中小企业；信息不对称；融资；防范措施 I Financing Risk of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Prevention Abstract At present, small and medium-sized enterprises have become a powerful army for the rapid, stable and healthy development of Chinas economy. They are an important driving force for China to develop the real economy and lay a solid foundation for the countrys economic strength. However, due to the large number and quality of small and medium-sized enterprises and the information asymmetry between financial institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises, they are still generally faced with financing difficulties and situations, which are easy to trigger financing risks, which is also one of the reasons that restrict the normal production, operation and efficient development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the financing dilemma of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the economic perspective of information asymmetry of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the causes of financing dilemma and risk status of small and medium-sized enterprises and proposes effective preventive measures.
