品发布、联合定制、品牌营销等线上、线下的全方位支持,帮助雪花在无界零售时
代建立起与消费者的有效沟通。因此,进行雪花和京东合作关系分析是当前双方公
司战略中需要迫切解决的问题。企业在发展品牌战略的实施基础上,难免会出现偏
差,改进对策方面也会存在问题,需要我们正确对待存在的问题并提出建议。通过
对雪花和京东的合作关系进行分析,并提出解决方案,探讨在电子商务迅速发展的
大背景下,啤酒企业如何与电商平台开展,实现互利共赢,以战略促进企业发展角

Analysis of the Cooperation Between Snow and Jingdong
Abstract
With the improvement of peoples consumption level, personalized consumption has gradually
become the main consumption trend of people. Brand makers need precise and targeted channels to
create a stable brand consumption ecology in terms of customer acquisition, user precipitation and
improvement of stickiness. Snowflake and JD have a comprehensive cooperation in big data, unlimited
sales and logistics. JD can provide new product release and joint customization for this purpose , brand
marketing and other online and offline support help snowflake establish effective communication with
consumers in the era of boundless retail. Therefore, the analysis of the cooperative relationship between
snowflake and JD is an urgent problem in the current company strategy. Based on the implementation
of brand development strategy, enterprises will inevitably have deviation, and there will be problems in
improving countermeasures. We need to treat the existing problems correctly and put forward
