本科论文 摘 要 该文件涉及四个方面：小企业的资金来源，小企业的状况和融资问题，分析小企 业融资问题的原因和解决小企业融资困难的办法。小企业融资的来源，既有内部资金 来源，又有外部资金来源，其中包括留存资金和折旧资金，外部资金来源主要与间接 资金来源和直接资金来源有联系。目前，小微企业融资政策体系逐步形成，外源性融 资主要为金融机构贷款。主要问题有五个方面，其一是融资渠道窄，其二是融资成本 高，其三是融资难的问题，四是相关法规政策支持力度不足，最后是融资需求大。关 于小微企业融资问题的分析，分为内部性问题和外部性问题。其中内部性问题包括内 部企业生产不够标准和企业诚信缺失两个方面；而外部性问题则包括信息不对称，不 完善的审查和保障体系，银行在选择企业时的偏好和支持政策尚未完全实施四个方 面。最后关于小微企业融资难的解决措施，从商业银行，政府和企业自身三个角度分 析了如何帮助小微企业融资。 关键词：小微企业 融资 解决措施 本科论文 Abstract The document covers four aspects: the source of funds for small enterprises, the status and financing problems of small enterprises, and analyzes the causes of the financing problems of small enterprises and solutions to the financing difficulties of small enterprises.
