Although this bidding method encountered many difficulties and obstacles at the beginning of its implementation, the actual trading method of the construction project bidding has achieved satisfactory results. The proportion of Engineering indexes in the whole construction industry in China is about 50%. For the proportion of Engineering indexes, it is already very high, but we are also very clear that Chinas economic market system is not very perfect, and the relevant monitoring and management system is not mature enough, which often leads to unexpected situations in bidding activities.
