Based on this theory, this paper makes in-depth and detailed investigations. The content of the thesis is mainly divided into three parts. The main text consists of three parts. The first part analyzes the main forms of private lending in my country and its impact on society through an overview of private lending. The second part sorts out my country's existing private lending laws and regulations, and finds out problems in legislation and supervision. The third part will put forward some perfect suggestions on the legal regulation of private lending in our country. The conclusion part summarizes the full text.
