奥园 A 区 12#楼施工组织设计 西南大学工程技术学院， 400716 摘要：本施工设计是针对奥园 A 区 12#楼进行编制的。奥园 A 区 12#楼是高层花园式住宅楼，结 构类型为框架───减力墙结构。该施工组织设计作为规划和指导该工程施工准备到施工验收整 个过程的综合性技术经济文件。在编制时，对工程质量目标、工期目标、项目管理机构设置、施 工进度计划、施工机械、周转材料及设备、主要施工方法、劳务组织、安全文明施工、环境保护 等诸多因素做了充分考虑；并以国家有关技术政策、规定、业主的要求、设计图纸、招标文件、 施工现场相关资料为依据；严格按照施工组织设计的编制原则，从施工全局出发，结合工程的实 际情况，利用科学的组织管理方法，合理的组织安排各项资源，以期达到消耗少、工期短、质量 高，造价低的最优效果。 关键词：施工组织；组织管理；质量保证；施工方案 Austrian Park Area A 12 # floor construction design LIU Yan College of Engineering and Technology, Southwest University, Chongqing 400716, China Abstract：The construction design is against Austrian Park Area A # 12 for the preparation o the floor.
