开封市文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调性评价 摘 要 在文化产业与旅游产业概念界定的基础上，本文分别构建了文化产业、旅游 产业发展水平评价指标体系，以 2008—2018 年开封市文化产业与旅游产业的相 关数据为基础，利用耦合协调度模型对开封市文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调度进 行了定量的分析。结果表明：文化产业和旅游产业发展整体水平不高；两者之间 的耦合协调类型不稳定，先后经历了文化滞后型与旅游滞后型交替演进、文化滞 后型、旅游滞后型三个阶段；两者之间的耦合协调度变化亦具有明显的波动性， 耦合协调度偏低，整体上处于失调状态。 关键词：耦合协调性；熵值法；评价；开封市 I Evaluation on the coupling coordination between cultural industry and tourism industry in kaifeng Model:A case study on Kaifeng Abstract Based on the definition of the concept of cultural industry and tourism industry, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of cultural industry and tourism industry respectively. Based on the relevant data of cultural industry and tourism industry in Kaifeng City from 2008 to 2018, the coupling coordination degree model is used to quantitatively analyze the coupling coordination degree of cultural industry and tourism industry in Kaifeng City. The results show that: the overall level of the development of cultural industry and tourism industry is not high; the type of coupling and coordination between them is not stable, which has experienced three stages: alternating evolution of cultural lag type and tourism lag type, cultural lag type and tourism lag type; the coupling and coordination changes between them also have obvious volatility, the coupling and coordination degree is low, and the whole is in a state of maladjustment.
