农产品冷链物流的发展基础与形势研究 内 容 摘 要 随着国民经济的高速健康发展，人们的消费结构升级，消费观念也跟上了时 代步伐，人们不仅对果蔬、禽肉、鲜蛋等生鲜农产品的需求有所增加，对于它们 的内在品质及安全性更是有着更高的要求，有更多人开始把眼光关注到农产品冷 链物流的发展上。同时，对于农产品这种易腐性、鲜活性、季节性要求比较高的 产品，冷链物流的目标就是要在物流过程中保持其原有的特性，以实现最低损耗。 本篇论文以相关理论为基础，阐述了本文研究背景和意义。并总结了相关国 内外农产品冷链物流的发展研究现状及有关文献综述。进一步明确其发展现状， 在采用 PEST 分析方式来对农产品冷链物流的政策、经济、社会以及技术发展展 开有效分析，明确当前农产品冷链物流的发展基础，再进一步提出相关冷链市场 系统目前存在的各种问题。最后，本文结合 “互联网+”为我国冷链物流创新增 速，提出我国目前冷链物流的发展趋势为加大投资力度，采取冷链物流技术来促 进其发展，更好的培养我国农产品冷链物流集管理和技术为一身的综合型专业人 才、完善并改善相关法律政策、建立健全农产品冷链物流标准体系。总而言之， 冷链物流的良好发展对社会有着重要意义。 关键词：农产品；冷链物流；发展基础；问题；形势 I Research on the Development Basis and Situation of Agricultural Product Cold Chain Logistics Abstract With the rapid and healthy development of the national economy, the consumption structure of the population has been improved, and the concept of consumption has changed with the passage of time.
