摘 要 我国的商业银行由于以前年度积累了过多的可疑贷款没能及时收回导致现 在的不良贷款数额依然很大，且现在不良贷款额还在不断地小幅度增长。这种现 状不仅威胁到银行行业的稳定发展，还影响到整个国家的经济和金融秩序。近年 来，虽然商业银行不良贷款率整体处于可控范围，但由增加的不良贷款额可以看 出目前依然存在某些问题。 本文首先阐述了不良贷款的定义以及近年来不良贷款的发展特点，介绍了中 国不良贷款发展的几个阶段，并分析了商业银行不良贷款的现状。然后，从几个 方面探讨了不良贷款的产生原因，并根据原因提出了解决不良贷款问题的对策。 最后，选择了我国一个典型代表—中国建设银行，针对建设银行当前不良贷 款的数据情况来分析其多个成因，具体提出相应的措施来解决这个问题希望从根 本上减少不良贷款的产生，从而为我国创造一个和谐发展的经济金融大环境。 关键词：不良贷款，成因，建设银行 Abstract Chinas commercial Banks have accumulated too many suspicious loans in previous years and failed to recover them in time.
