社区工作人员激励机制研究.pdf

摘 要 社区是为居住与生活其中的人民提供衣食住行等基本条件的社会单元，伴随着人 民生活水平的提高，对于居住条件与相应服务的要求越来越高，所以国家一直在加大 社区建设的力度，但也让很多社区管理的问题暴露出来。社区管理属于基层管理的重 中之重，时刻影响着人们的生活质量水平。而社区工作人员在社区管理中起着关键作 用，完善对社区工作人员的激励机制非常重要。本文通过在深圳市龙岗区南湾街道南 新社区对该社区工作人员激励机制的现状进行深入的调查，了解社区工作的激励制度 以及工作人员的工作满意度的基本情况,并在深度调查和分析研究的基础上，找出社区 工作人员激励方面普遍存在的问题以及问题产生的原因，并提出相应的对策建议，为 南新社区优化工作人员激励机制提供参考价值。 关键词：社区；工作人员；激励机制；问题与对策 II Abstract Community is a social unit that provides basic conditions such as food, clothing, housing and transportation for the people living and living in it. With the improvement of peoples living standard, the demand for living conditions and corresponding services is increasing. Community management belongs to the top priority of grass-roots management, which always affects peoples quality of life. And community workers play a key role in community management, and it is very important to improve the incentive mechanism for community workers. This paper introduces the staff incentive mechanism of Nanxin community in Nanwan street, Longgang district, Shenzhen city On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis, the author finds out the common problems and causes of community staff motivation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference value for Nanxin community to optimize staff incentive mechanism.
