摘 要 图书自动分类装置是图书馆机器人的一种，是实现图书馆信息化与自动化融合的 重要工具。本课题研发一种适用于闭架借阅图书的图书馆图书自动分类装置。该装置 可以代替人工完成图书的自动分类和输送工作，既减轻图书馆员的劳动强度，又提高 工作效率 机器人是在机械化、自动化生产过程中发展的一种新型装置，是一种具有抓取和 移动工件功能的自动化装置。机器人能代替人类、重复枯燥完成危险工作，提高劳动 生产力，减轻人类劳动强度 本课题所设计的自动化装置，主要用于完成图书的分类工作。此装置拥有将图书 旋转、伸降、推送的功能。同时机器人应具有灵活、安全性好等特点。论文的主要内 容包括对装置中的换位机的设计、竖直方向升降机构的设计、水平方向推送机构的设 计及手爪的设计 关键词：机器人；图书分类；旋转；升降；推送 0 Abstract The automatic book classification device is a kind of Library robot and an important tool to realize the integration of library informatization and automation. This paper develops an automatic classification device for closed-shelf borrowing books in libraries. The device can replace manual work to complete the automatic classification and transmission of books, which not only reduces the labor intensity of librarians, but also improves work efficiency. Robot is a new device developed in the process of mechanization and automation production. It is an automatic device with the function of grasping and moving workpieces. Robots can take the place of human beings and repeat boring work to complete dangerous tasks, improve labor productivity and reduce human labor intensity. The automation device designed in this subject is mainly used to complete the classification of books. The device has the functions of rotating, stretching and pushing books. At the same time, the robot should be flexible and safe. The main contents of this paper include the design of transposer, vertical lifting mechanism, horizontal pushing mechanism and gripper.
