摘 要 对本文所设计的去毛刺专用机床来说，在零件加工领域应用较广，主要用 去毛刺。究其原因，主要还在于它的控制系统是一种特殊的程序控制系统，不仅 融合国内较为先进的电气、机械和液压技术，还具备了一定的动作程序互锁特性， 因此无论是在自动化的程度，还是其生产水平方面，都变得无可挑剔，而且操作 过程简单便捷，维修难度相对较小。从某种意义上来说，这一系统是电气控制系 统的改进版，它顺利地将可编程控制器控制系统引入到原有的继电器控制系统产 品之上。它是通过外部的电气控制系统来有效控制电磁阀的逻辑程序的，如此便 能很好地去除各类零件上的毛刺。 在具体设计的过程中，本文基于机械生产的实际需求，分别从专用机床的电 控装置、电气控制系统的全过程的设计图样入手，而且所选可编程控制器的功能 是相当齐全的，可对有效控制机床电气控制系统的气压回路，以确保整个零件加 工过程的去毛刺任务的顺利完成。 关键词　主轴电机 ;去毛刺电气控制系统;机床电气控制;PLC i Abstract For the special deburring machine designed in this paper, it is widely used in the field of parts processing, mainly used for deburring.
