The part is large in volume, heavy in weight and high in detection frequency. When the product is installed, it is easy to collide with the inspection tool. Therefore, the durability, strength of parts and whether the operation of the inspection tool is simple or not should be considered in the design of the inspection tool. The inspection tool has a complicated structure and a certain design workload. In the design, three aspects are considered: positioning, detection and support. Firstly, the positioning position of the parts in the inspection tool is determined. If the work piece wants to obtain the correct positioning in the inspection tool, firstly, the positioning reference must be found correctly. Secondly, the appropriate measuring method must be selected. Moreover, the measuring elements must have good wear resistance to ensure the service life and positioning accuracy of the inspection tool. After the positioning element and the measuring element are determined, the supporting element can be determined. Key Words：
