摘要 在这个阶段，随着国家经济建设的进步，人民对生活质量的要求越来越高。吃的食物也越来越精致，菠萝这种去皮困难的水果人们购买时更多会选择深加工产品或者会选择请商家代为去皮加工。 前些年大部分菠萝的加工厂对菠萝的去皮工作都是借助简单工具由工人纯手工完成的，人工去皮不仅效率差、有安全隐患而且食品卫生很难保证。这也是多年以来制约着菠萝深加工产业发展的一大因素。 在本文中将，我们将使用在车床上加工工件的原理设计菠萝去皮机。这种菠萝去皮机不仅可以去除菠萝皮同时可以去除菠萝的硬心并直接将菠萝切割成块，这些工序可以一步完成，而且工作效率较高。菠萝去皮机设计了自动定位功能，定位筒可以将直径不同的菠萝自动定位到圆心上，这有利于自动进料器的对接并为自动化生产提供了条件。刮皮刀可以随菠萝的外圆形状走向最大程度的减速浪费。 关键字：菠萝去皮；去皮机；去除硬心 ABSTRACT At the present stage, with the Advancement of the countrys economic construction, the peoples requirements for quality of life are increasing day by day. The food is becoming more and more refined, and pineapple, a fruit that is difficult to peel, is more likely to be purchased in deep processing products or to be processed by merchants. In previous years, most of the pineapple processing plants peeling of pineapples was done by workers purely by hand with simple tools. Artificial peeling is not only inefficient, but also has safety risks and food hygiene is difficult to guarantee. This is also a major factor that has restricted the development of the deep processing industry of pineapple for many years. n this paper, a pineapple peeling machine is designed based on the principle of lathe machining. This pineapple peeling machine can not only remove the pineapple skin but also remove the hard heart of the pineapple and cut the pineapple directly into pieces. These processes can be completed in one step and work more efficiently. The pineapple desorption machine designed the automatic positioning function. The positioning cylinder can automatically position pineapple with different diameters on the center of the circle. This provides convenience for the docking of the automatic feed machine and provides conditions for the automatic production. Scraper can be reduced to maximum waste with the shape of the outer circle of pineapple.
