刮板机焊接变位机设计 I I 摘 要 刮板机在是重要的综采设备，它的工作性能的优劣将影响采煤效率。在长期高强度的工作后，其各部分均受到了一定程度的磨损。其中又以中部槽、刮板等磨损最为严重，这将极大地而影响整机性能。因此，需对严重磨损部位进行补焊。但在传统的人工焊接过程中存在着焊缝难以对齐、焊接工位复杂、焊接烟尘大等问题。 为解决此类问题，专门设计了一种载重量为 1 吨的刮板机专用焊接变位机。区别于传统的座式焊接变位机，它增设了一级移动机构，可实现焊件在平动自由度上的变位。主要的机械结构设计包括：工作台回转机构、翻转机构、移动机构、控制系统、焊接导电装置、机架等。本焊接变位机可实现工作台在翻转、回转以及平动自由度上的变位，便于工件的焊接参数的精准调整与控制，并极大程度地降低了劳动强度。针对所设计的机械结构输出了 CAD 图像与三维模型。 该论文有图 21 幅，表 3 个，参考文献 29 篇。 关键词：刮板机；焊接变位机；回转机构；翻转机构；移动机构 PAGE \* ROMAN PAGE \* ROMAN Abstract Scraper is an important comprehensive mining equipment, and its working performance will affect the coal mining efficiency. After long-term high-intensity work, all parts of it have suffered a certain degree of wear. Among them, the middle slot of scraper and the most seriously wore, which will greatly affect the performance of the whole machine. Therefore, it is necessary to repair the severely worn parts. However, in the traditional manual welding process, there are problems that the weld seam is difficult to align, the welding station is complicated, and the welding fumes are large. In order to solve such problems, a special welding positioner for scraper with a load of 1 ton is specially designed. Different from the traditional seat-type welding positioner, it adds a motion mechanism, which can realize the positional displacement of the weldment in translational freedom. The main mechanical structure design includes: table rotatiing mechanism, turnover mechanism, motion mechanism, control system, welding conductive device, frame, etc. The welding positioner can realize the displacement of the working table in the degrees of freedom of turning, turning and translation, which is convenient for the precise adjustment and control of the welding parameters of the workpiece, and greatly reduces the labor intensity.
