格力电器存货成本管理分析 Analysis on inventory cost management of Gree Electric 摘 要 存货成本控制对企业的发展起着重要的作用，大多数企业都会注重库存成本，严格管理要求，注重生产过程和管理过程。合理的库存成本可以保证企业的正常生产经营。本文基于格力电器公司的存货成本管理财务数据，分析格力电器公司的采购环节、加工环节、储存环节等方面存货成本管理现状，进而分析出格力电器公司在存货成本管理方面存在的具体问题。最后综合格力电器存货成本管理的政策、存在的相应问题提出了有针对性的建议，寻求最适合格力电器的存货成本管理模式，为格力电器的存货成本提供改进，使存货成本管理更加成熟。 关键词：存货成本 管理费用 存货周转周期 ABSTRACT Inventory cost control plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Most enterprises will pay attention to inventory cost, strict management requirements, production process and management process. Reasonable inventory cost can ensure the normal production and operation of enterprises. Based on the financial data of inventory cost management of Gree Electric Company, this paper analyzes the current situation of inventory cost management in purchasing, processing and storage of Gree Electric Company, and then analyzes the specific problems existing in inventory cost management of Gree Electric Company. Finally, the paper puts forward targeted suggestions based on the policies and existing problems of inventory cost management of Gree Electric appliances, seeks the most suitable inventory cost management mode of Gree Electric appliances, provides improvement for the inventory cost of Gree Electric appliances, and makes the inventory cost management more mature.
