PAGE PAGE 1 MMD双齿辊破碎机设计  摘 要 随着煤炭工业的现代化．各大矿井均呈现大型化的趋势．煤矿开采的破碎作业面临严峻的形势，我们可以看到市场需要一种具有强大的生产能力，强度高并稳定性优良，保证出料粒度均匀的破碎机来满足需求。大型破碎机的破碎环节中，因为辊式破碎机具有优良的构造和稳定的工作属性，造就了它的性能与其他的破碎机相比更佳。随着时代不断发展的，对辊式破碎机的要求也日益增高近年来，新型辊式破碎机的不断问世，以其所具有的外形尺寸小，处理能力大，使用寿命长以及使用范围广备受青睐，相较其他破碎机具有广阔的市场空间和发展潜力。本文旨在设计一种双齿辊破碎机，对其总体结构进行设计，对传动部件，关键零部件进行选择，受力分析以及计算校核。最后绘制总装图纸，部件图纸以及零部件图纸。 该论文有图32幅，表0个，参考文献20篇。 关键词：双齿辊破碎机；整体式结构；体积压缩原理 Abstract With the modernization of the coal industry. All major mines are showing a large-scale trend. The crushing operation of coal mining faces a severe situation. There is an urgent need for a crushing device with large processing capacity, high crushing strength, high reliability and strict guarantee of the output particle size to meet the current operational requirements. In the process of high output and heavy crushing, the roller crusher has better external structure and working characteristics, so its performance is superior to other crushers. With the continuous development of the times, the requirements for the roller crusher are also increasing. In recent years, new roller crushers have been continuously introduced, with their small size, large processing capacity, long service life and wide range of use. Favored, compared with other crushers, it has a broad market space and development potential. The purpose of this paper is to design a double-tooth roller crusher, design its overall structure, select transmission components and key parts, analyze the stress and calculate and verify it.
