Students have several years of training in English, but they are stil
l unable to actually use the language. For example, the students c
an’t understand what the teachers have said and they can’t ex
press themselves, their ability of listening and speaking is poor. T
hey can’t communicate with others in English. What they have l
earned is just used in examination.
