I 摘 要 煤矿的安全生产中，矿井通风系统起着极其重要的作用，它是煤矿安全生产的关键环节。而矿井通风机又是矿井通风系统的主要设备之一，因此对其进行PLC控制的变频调速系统的设计和研究，不仅可以大大提高煤矿生产的机械化、自动化水平，还能节省大量的电能，具有较高的经济效益。 本系统将PLC与变频器有机地结合起来，采用以矿井气压压力和瓦斯浓度为主控参数，实现对电动机工作过程和运转速度的有效控制，使矿井通风机通风高效、安全，达到了明显的节能效果。且PLC控制系统具有对驱动风机的电机有过热保护、故障报警、机械故障报警和瓦斯浓度断电等功能特点，为煤矿矿井通风系统的节能技术改造提供一条新途径。与常规继电器实施的通风系统相比，PLC系统具有故障率低、可靠性高、接线简单、维护方便等诸多优点，PLC的控制功能使通风系统的自动化程度大大提高，减轻了岗位人员的劳动强度。 关键词：PLC，变频器，传感器，通风机，压力检测 Ⅱ Abstract In the safe production of coal mine, the mine ventilation system plays a very important role, it is the key link of coal mine safety production. The mine ventilation machine is one of the main equipment in the mine ventilation system, so the for the design and research of PLC control system of frequency control of motor speed, not only can greatly improve the mechanization and automation level of the coal mine production, but also save large amounts of electricity, has high economic benefit. The system PLC and inverter organically are combined with the pressure and the gas pressure in order to mine the concentration of controlling the parameters of the working process and operation of the motor speed control, so mine ventilation fan efficiency, safety, achieved significant energy savings. And the PLC control system on the drive fan motor with overheating protection, fault alarm, mechanical failure alarm and the concentration of power and other features of gas for coal mine ventilation system to provide a new way to energy transformation. Here to enter the need to translate words and general relay in the implementation of the ventilation system, the system has the plc failure rate low and high reliability, the simple, easy and with the advantage of the plc, the control function of the ventilation system of automation is greatly increased, the posts of staff labour intensity.
