Abstract :In the northern Shanxi region ，the ambient temperature in winter often occurs in extremely
cold weather below －20 ℃ ． In the extremely cold region ，antifreeze measures are formulated for the
air－cooling island of the direct air－cooling unit ，which is conducive to ensuring the safe operation of
the air－cooling island in extremely cold weather． On top of this ，this paper specifically elaborates on
common antifreeze problems ，through the implementation of antifreeze measures such as strengthening
the sealing design of the vacuum system ，focusing on finding the leak point of the exhaust device ，
realizing the air tightness detection of
